For local bakeries and home bakers

Help more neighbors discover your fresh bread.

We're inviting local bakeries and home bakers to help shape a small Bread2Door pilot in Irvine. Start with a conversation and a free private preview of your bakery page.

Talk to Bread2Door

A quick conversation. No commitment.

Meet Raha

I'm building Bread2Door here in Irvine and will work directly with the first local bakers to prepare a private preview and plan a manageable test.

Start small, with personal help.

Reach nearby bread lovers

Test local interest in the bread you make and when you bake it.

Keep control of your batches

You choose the breads, prices, quantities, and schedule for any trial.

Get help with setup

Raha will help prepare your bakery page and coordinate the first steps with you.

Three small steps.

  1. 01

    Have a conversation.

Tell Raha what you bake, how you sell today, and what would make a trial worthwhile.

  2. 02

    See your private preview.

Review a sample bakery page with a couple of your breads and your baking information.

  3. 03

    Agree a small test.

Choose the products, quantities, timing, costs, and fulfillment arrangement together before starting.

The initial pilot

A manageable first trial.

We're planning to start with 2–3 bread makers in Irvine. A trial could feature a couple of breads, an agreed quantity, and a fixed pickup or delivery window. We'll work out the details together before anything goes on sale.

The private preview is free. Any trial fees and fulfillment costs will be agreed with you beforehand.

Let's build this with local bakers.

I'm Raha, the founder of Bread2Door here in Irvine. I want to make it easier for neighbors to discover great bread and know when it's fresh. I'm starting with a small group of bakers so we can learn what works together.

Questions

What bakers usually want to know.

Does the preview cost anything?

No. The private preview is free. We'll discuss any fees and fulfillment costs before agreeing to a trial.

How much work would I need to do?

You'll confirm your bread information, prices, quantities, and timing. Raha will help with page setup and coordinate the first steps with you. You'll be responsible for the baking and fulfillment tasks you agree to.

Can home bakers take part?

Yes, we're interested in speaking with home bread bakers. Before any sales trial, we'll need to confirm the applicable cottage-food registration or permit and the products you're approved to sell. Read Orange County's cottage-food guidance.

Who handles pickup or delivery?

We'll agree on an arrangement for your specific trial. Delivery availability, responsibilities, and costs will be confirmed before it starts.

Do I have to change how I sell today?

We can start alongside your current way of selling. The first conversation and preview do not require switching systems or committing to an ongoing partnership.

What happens after I contact you?

Raha will use your chosen contact method to discuss your bakery and whether a private preview would be useful.

What if a trial does not work for me?

We'll discuss how to pause or finish the trial, including any already accepted commitments, before starting.
